A new way to build your Automated workflows, plus a set of improvements to how agents sound and behave.
A visual builder for your Automated workflows
Automated workflows now have a visual builder. Drag steps onto a canvas, connect them with routes, and see the whole conversation flow at a glance instead of a list of settings.
Every change is versioned, so you can compare what changed between two versions, or go back to an earlier one if something isn't working. A live trace shows you exactly which path a real conversation took through your workflow, step by step, so you can see what happened without digging through logs.
Preview any voice before you choose it
Choosing a voice for your agent is easier now. Voices are grouped by provider, and you can preview each one using your agent's own greeting, so you hear exactly how it will sound in a real conversation, not a generic sample.
We also fixed how pronunciation entries are matched. A custom pronunciation for a word no longer accidentally applies inside a longer word that happens to contain it, which matters a lot for compound words in Danish.
Answering machine detection for outbound conversations
For outbound conversations, your agent can now tell the difference between a person answering and an answering machine, and adjust what it says accordingly.
SMS sender names now work for Nordic company names
If your company name includes æ, ø, å, or other special characters, SMS confirmations sent under your business name now go out correctly. Previously, some of these messages failed silently.
A few more fixes
We also improved how conversations end: if a caller changes their mind mid-goodbye, the agent now keeps going instead of hanging up. And a warm transfer no longer occasionally overlaps with a second greeting.
