A month of new integrations, steadier bookings, and a clearer view of what your agent is doing for you.
Connect your own phone system
If you already have a PBX or SIP trunk, you can now route your existing numbers straight to your Verbu agents instead of switching to a Verbu-provided number. Set it up yourself under Phone numbers on any agent: pick your provider (ipnordic, Unitel, or a custom SIP connection), add your credentials, and you're live.
Full setup guides for the most common Danish providers and PBX systems are in the Help Center.
Vettigo integration
Veterinary clinics using Vettigo can now let their agent handle appointments directly. During the conversation, the agent looks up the client and their animal, checks the vet's availability, and books, reschedules, or cancels, without anyone picking up the phone.
Find it under Integrations on any agent.
Planway and Gecko Booking get more reliable
Booking creation, rescheduling, and cancellation through Planway are steadier now, so fewer bookings need a manual fix afterwards. For Gecko Booking, you can now map each service to a specific member of staff or calendar directly in the integration settings, instead of editing raw configuration.
A new Captured tab
Every agent now has a Captured tab: one place to see the leads, messages, and bookings your agent has collected, instead of digging through conversation history to find them.
Your knowledge base gets smarter
You can now add spreadsheets (CSV and XLS) as a knowledge source, alongside PDFs and web pages. Each row becomes its own searchable piece of knowledge.
When you're reviewing a conversation, you can also see exactly which pieces of your knowledge base the agent used to answer, and how closely each one matched.
Invite teammates directly as Admin
Inviting a colleague to your organisation no longer means inviting them as a Member and upgrading them afterwards. You can now set their role to Admin right from the invite dialog.
