Improvement suggestions for everyone
Your agent has always recorded what happens in its conversations. Now that data works for you.
The improvement suggestions feature analyses your agent's conversations automatically, identifies where it struggled to answer, and surfaces concrete suggestions you can apply with one click — including ready-to-add knowledge base entries.
It is available on all plans.
Find it under the Intelligence tab on any agent.
Collect multiple contact details in one instruction
The prompt editor now includes a Collect details tool. Pick the fields you want — name, company, phone, email, address, city — and insert them as a single grouped instruction. Your agent works through each field in sequence as one natural flow, rather than treating each as a separate task.
Company name added as a contact field
Company name is now a supported contact capture field. Toggle it on in your agent's Contact settings alongside name, phone, email, address, and city.
Theme toggle
A theme switch is now available at the bottom of the sidebar. Choose between dark, light, or system (follows your device setting).
