Why We're Starting This
Running a customer service team is hard. You're juggling peak call volumes, training new staff, and trying to maintain quality while keeping costs under control. We built Verbu because we saw teams drowning in repetitive inquiries—the same questions asked hundreds of times a day.
This news section is an extension of that mission. We want to share what we're learning about:
