Verbu uses a small number of service providers (sub-processors) to deliver the service, for example for telephony, speech recognition, language models, hosting and monitoring. All of them are bound by obligations equivalent to those in our Data Processing Agreement, and we use an EU endpoint or server wherever one is available.

We do not publish the names of individual sub-processors on this page. The current list, with the location of each provider, is available on request.

Categories of sub-processors

The categories, the place of processing, the activity and the safeguards for each category are set out in Annex C of our Data Processing Agreement: www.verbu.com/legal/dpa.

Changes

We give customers with a Data Processing Agreement written notice when we add or replace a sub-processor, as set out in section 5 of that agreement.
